You may return all unused, unopened and undamaged items purchased at SaacyCurls
within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs
if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item
is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping
costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 10 percent. No return merchandise
will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit
you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the
return item.

All shipping is done through USPS or UPS ground. Shipping usually takes about 5 to 14
business days depending on the availability of our products. This does not
include weekends or holidays.
SaacyCurls has no control over any policy or rate changes made by carrier.
We understand how important it is for you to receive your products on time.
To this end we make every effort to ensure that your order is fulfilled and
shipped in the most timely manor possible.
If any items in your order are out of stock or discontinued, we will ship the
remaining items in your order and deduct the item subtotals from your order and
from your shipping costs. If you still need the product, please check our
website at a later date. The cost of postage and packaging is determined by the weight of your order.
